CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped , please send us an email with the subject line CANCEL.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS

Notify us immediately if the address is wrong, in your order confirmation email. We will do our best to correct it within 24 hours.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is usually 7-10 days, but due to circumstances beyond our control due to weather, natural disasters and holidays, it can take longer. For this reason we do not guarantee the exact delivery date, as the delivery issue is the responsibilty of the shipping company.

-Send back damaged product
